  1. Every time a customer ("you" or "Customer") accesses a website (the “Website”) of Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd or one of its affiliates ("Actelion"), he or she discloses certain personal data. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which your personal data is collected, stored and processed by Actelion.
